摘 要:衡量临床医学专业教师的教学水平或衡量临床专业的学生培养质量的指标之一就是评价学生的实际应用能力,即学生是否能够把已学过的基础理论知识灵活地运用到临床实践过程中去[1]。笔者就赣南医学院本科学生在我院临床教学实践体会进行总结。医学教学与临床实践与多方面因素息息相关:院领导重视,科教科与临床科室先行,科学组织、目标明确,全员参加,周密计划及管理制度全面落实,推进外科临床教学并取得较好的成效。To measure clinical medicine specialty teachers' teaching level or to measure indicators of clinical professional students training quality is one of the indicators to evaluate students' practical application ability that is whether students can apply the basic theoretical knowledge that has been learned to the clinical practice. The author summarized the experience of undergraduate students in clinical teaching practice in Gannan Medical University. Medical teaching and clinical practice is closely related to many factors as follows: school leadership attaches great importance, science and education courses and clinical departments, scientific organiza-tion, clear goal, full implementation of careful planning and management system, promoting clinical teaching of surgery, and the good results were achieved.
