摘　　要：中国的改革开放进入深层次发展阶段引发了社会的全面转型,竞技体育由于其特有的国际性和开放性特点,其改革发展更具前瞻性。中国网球运动职业化改革带来了竞赛成绩的突飞猛进,但举国体制的惯性影响使得网球职业化改革面临发展的瓶颈。未来我国网球运动职业化发展必须依托前一阶段改革的成果,摒弃计划经济体制的影响,走纯粹的职业化发展道路。That China＇s reform and opening entered the deepening the stage of development has triggered a comprehensive transformation of society. Competitive sports,due to its unique international characters and openness of the characteristics of their reform and development,seems to be more forward-looking. The tennis career-oriented reforms brought competition results by leaps and bounds,but the inertial effects of the nationw ide system make tennis professional reform faced a bottleneck in the development. The future of tennis professional development must depend on the outcome of the previous stage of reform,get rid of impact of the system and go purely professional development road.
