摘 要:为提高临床护理教学质量,将PDCA循环这一管理工具应用于临床护理教学管理中。对2014年7月—2015年6月实习的45名护理本科实习生,每季度应用实习生考核表和临床护理教学反馈表评价1次,管理部门对临床护理教与学进行定期和不定期检查,总结问题,进行持续质量改进。学生的综合评价(F=6.93,P=0.001)和教学反馈(F=3.83,P=0.010)随着时间变化逐渐提高。应用PDCA循环可以持续提高临床护理教学的教学质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA cycle on the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods PDCA cycle was applied among 45 undergraduate nursing students practice from July 2014 to June 2015. Quarterly evaluation was conducted using student evaluation form and teaching feedback form. Regular and irregular inspections were conducted by teaching administrators. The problems were summarized timely and continuous improvement measures were implemented. Results Students' comprehensive evaluation(F=6.93,P=0.001) and teaching feedback(F =3.83,P =0.010) increased significantly. Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle can continually improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
