煤炭企业物料库存优化模型研究

摘　　要：为了实现煤炭企业对物料库存系统科学的管理,降低库存成本,分析了煤企物料库存管理的现状,对物料库存管理的优化模型进行了研究。并以某煤炭企业为例,建立了物料库存的三级结构模型。采用MATLAB软件对优化模型按照遗传算法进行求解,对结果进行了分析,提出了煤企物料库存管理的政策建议。该研究对提升煤企库存管理水平、降低经营成本、提高企业竞争力具有重要意义。To realize the scientific management of material inventory system in coal enterprises,reduce the inventory cost,the paper analyzed the status of coal enterprises material inventory management,and studied the optimized model of material inventory management.Taking a coal enterprise as an example,the three-level structure model of material inventory was established. MATLAB software was used to calculate the optimized model in accordance with the genetic algorithm. Based on the obtained analysing results,the author put forward the policy recommendations of coal enterprises material inventory management. It has important significance to improve the inventory management level,reduce the operating cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
