摘 要:为实现中、高渗透油藏大压差分注井注水量的合理调配与稳定调节,采用弹簧-活塞系统的动态节流调压原理设计了大压差实时调节配水器。通过建立相应的力学模型,将活塞左腔压力的Simulink水力学仿真结果导入ADAMS进行动态仿真,开展了配水器的起调压差、调节阀行程及稳定调节时间等调节特性研究,并对影响调节特性的压力波形式、弹簧刚度及活塞截面积等主要因素进行了调参优化。仿真结果表明,实时调节配水器弹簧刚度越大,系统达到稳定的时间越短,不同弹簧刚度下,活塞位移随刚度增加而减小,不同活塞右端截面积下,活塞位移随截面积减小而减小。研究结果可对大压差实时调节配水机构的系列化设计起到较好的指导作用。To achieve reasonable allocation and stable regulation of water injection in injection wells with large differential pressure in middle and high permeability reservoirs, a real-time adjusting water distributor is designed by using dynamic throttling pressure regulating principle of spring-piston system. The regulating performance of this distributor is simulated with Simulink and ADAMS by building an appropriate mechanical model, and its main dy-namic adjusting characteristics are investigated, including the initial adjusting pressure, effective movement region and stabilization time. In addition, the pressure wave pattern, spring stiffness and piston cross-sectional area are optimized. Simulation results show that, the larger the spring stiffness of water distributor, the shorter time it takes for the system to become stable; the piston displacement is decreased as the spring stiffness is increased with differ-ent spring stiffness, and with different cross-sectional areas of the piston right side, the piston displacement is de-creased as the area is decreased. The simulation results could provide basis for the series design of real-time adjus-ting and distributing mechanism in the future.
