摘　　要：某配送中心位于长沙市雨花区中意路1路910号湘中物流园内,主要为湖南省共24家门店提供配送及退货服务。由于退货区域布置不合理,导致退货效率低,引起员工的工作情绪懈怠。通过对员工、供应商的问卷调查和访谈资料整理得知,退货区效率低的症结在于找货难。文中主要从退货量、退货区域布局、储位管理以及货物包装等四方面进行分析,找出存在问题,并提出相应的解决方案。A distribution center is located in No.910 ZhongYi Road, XiangZhong Logistics Park, Yuhua District,ChangSha, and mainly provides distribution and return services to its 24 stores in Hunan. Because of the unreasonable returnarea layout, return efficiency is low and employees are slack. According to the questionnaire and interview of employees andsuppliers, it is implied that the low return efficiency is caused by the difficulty of finding wanted goods. This paper mainlyanalyzes four aspects, eg. the amount of return goods, return area layout, storage location management , freight andpackaging to identify problems and propose appropriate solutions.
