摘　　要：实施"技能强化型"与"学术拔尖型"分型建设是沈阳师范大学文学院改造汉语言文学(师范)专业的重大举措。"技能强化型",以培养学生的教师教育技能为基本目标,同时探讨学生其他专业技能的培养方式;"学术拔尖型"以培养学生的学术兴趣、科研能力为基本目标。两种培养模式相辅相成,均以学生成才为出发点,以拓展学生的实践能力、研究能力为宗旨,从而实现人才培养的总体目标。“Skill-enhanced and academy-enhanced” construction is an initiative transformation for theChinese language and literature （normal） majors from School of Liberal A rts, Shenyang Normal University.Skill-enhanced construction aims at the basic goal of developing students ＇ skills of teachingeducation, and explores the training of their other professional skills. Academy-enhanced constructionintends to cultivate students＇ academic interest and improve their scientific research ability. The twotraining modes complement each other, take student＇ s success as starting point and expand thestudents＇ practical ability and research ability so as to realize the overall goal of talent cultivation.
