摘　　要：三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是乳腺癌的一种特殊亚型,具有发病年轻、侵袭性强、预后差、治疗方法单一等特点。研究表明该类乳腺癌BRCA-1、p53基因突变率高,Ki-67、EGFR、P-g P、VEGF、CK5/6蛋白过表达,E-cadherin蛋白表达缺失,这些均提示三阴性乳腺癌侵袭性强、预后差。但在影像学上,三阴性乳腺癌与侵袭性强的恶性肿瘤不同,更倾向于良性肿瘤的形态特征。本文将从三阴性乳腺癌的基因表达及影像学上阐述该类乳腺癌的特点。Triple - negative breast cancer（TNBC）is a special subtype in breast carcinoma. The characteristics are young,strong invasiveness,poor prognosis. Research shows the high mutation rate of BRCA - 1,p53 gene,overexpres-sion of Ki - 67,EGFR,P - gP,VEGF,CK5 / 6 protein,The Defection expression of E - cadherin protein in this type of breast cancer. In imaging,triple - negative breast cancer is different from invasive malignant tumor,are more inclined to benign tumor in morphological characteristics. This paper describes the characteristics of gene expression and ima-ging of triple - negative breast cancer.
