摘　　要：扒谷机是粮食行业一种常用的仓储机械设备,其中以刮板型和螺旋型应用居多。针对市场上常见的扒谷机缺陷进行了分析,结合粮食机械行业实际情况,研制出了一种新型自驾式扒谷装车机。该扒谷装车机采用新型左右螺旋和强力推进相结合的结构,扒谷量和旋转角度得到了很大提升,扒谷量最高可达200t/h,扒谷装置可在0~270°旋转,有效减少了配套设备的移动次数,提高了生产效率,实现了扒谷、输送、装车一体化作业。Grain scraper is one of the most commonly used storage machinery in grain industry,among them,the scraper type and the spiral type are the majority.There are some defects between common grain scrapers on the market.A new self driving type grain scraper and loading machine was developed based on the actual situation in food machinery industry.This new machine adopting spiral and promoting the combination of strong structure,and the production and the angle of roation were greatly improved.The maximum grain scraping amount was increased to 200t/h,the grain scraping device can be rotation in 0~270°,which is effective in reducing the number of mobile equipment,improved production efficiency,and achieved the integration of grain scraping,conveying and loading.
