摘　　要：我国住院医师和专科医师培养制度正在逐步实施和完善,但与国际上较为成熟的医学教育相比,其在整体方案及具体实施上仍处于初级阶段。骨科是一门实践性很强的学科,其培训周期较长、培养难度相对较大。文章通过分析、总结国际上骨科专业医师培养方案,以思考当前骨科专科医师的培养对策。Resident and specialist training system in our country is being gradually implemented and improved. However,compared with more mature international medical education,it is still in its infancy in overall plan and implementation. Orthopedics is a very practical subject,and has long and difficult training cycle. This paper analyzes and summarizes international orthopedic physician training programs in order to reflect on strategies for training current orthopedic specialists.
