摘  要:动物外科学是引导医学生由医学基础课学习跨入临床外科学大门的重要桥梁课程。传统教学中教师和学生都将精力集中在对外科基本操作技术的教授和掌握上,忽视了对相应操作结果及动物整体恢复情况的随访。文章在对动物外科教学现状分析的基础上,探讨了随访观念和随访制度建立被忽视的原因,并结合医学生外科学基础全面培养目标,提出了建立动物外科教学随访观念和制度的必要性及具体做法,以促进医学生动物外科学教学质量的提升。Animal surgery is an important bridging course that guides medical students from basic medical study to clinical surgery. In the traditional teaching process,teachers and students put all their attention to basic operative technique teaching and learning,but neglect follow-up on operation outcomes and animals' recovery. By analyzing the status quo of animal surgery teaching,this study discusses the causes of neglecting follow-up concept and system establishment. Then it discusses the necessity and specific methods for establishment of follow-up concept and the system. We hope to uplift the quality of animal surgery teaching.
