摘　　要：英语听力学习具有碎片化和微型化的特点,文章基于移动流媒体技术展开研究,为学习者提供全新的英语听力学习途径。系统设计以流媒体传输原理为基础,完成了服务器框架结构设计、服务器实现流程设计、数据存储结构设计和程序处理过程设计等方面的工作,解决了软件开发关键性的技术问题,开发人员以此设计为基础可直接进行服务器搭建和软件实现。以文中研究内容开发的英语听力学习系统具有播放流畅、使用简洁、音画清晰等优点,对提高英语听力水平具有重要作用。English listening learning has the characteristics ol debris and miniaturization, this papermakes a research based on mobile streaming media technology, provides learners a new way ol Englishlistening learning approach. System design is based on streaming media transmission principle, whichcompletes the work ol the server framework structure design, the server implementation process design,data storage structure design and program process design, solves the key technical problems ol thesoftware development,developers based on this design can directly build the server and make the softwarerealization. English listening learning system,which is delevoped based on the research ol this paper,has great advantages ol smooth playback, using simple, clear pictures, plays an important role inimproving English listening level.
