摘　　要：目的:对现有城市公立医院激励机制再造,建立起维护公益性、调动积极性的运行新机制。方法:通过国内外相关文献的调研,结合《国务院办公厅关于城市公立医院综合改革试点的指导意见》,对激励机制再造进行探讨。结果:针对城市公立医院现行激励机制存在的诸多问题,对城市公立医院激励机制再造的取向、原则和路径选择进行了再造。结论:城市公立医院激励机制再造,既可以维护医院的公益性,又可调动员工的积极性,为城市公立医院的可持续发展提供动力,符合公立医院综合改革试点的精神。objective： Through the reconstruction of inspiriting mechanism in urban public hoslitals to establish a new mechanism which can maintain the public welfare and mobilize the enthusiasm of its operation.Methods： Through the domestic and foreign relevant literature research, combined with the General Office of the State Council on the Guidance of the Comprehensive Reform of Urban Public Hospitals, this paper discusses the reconstruction of inspiriting mechanism. Results： The orientation, principle and path choice of the inspiriting mechanism reconstructed based on the problems existing in the current mechanism of urban public hospitals. Conclusion： It can not only protect the public welfare of the hospital, but also mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff. It can provide the spirit of the comprehensive reform of public hospitals and ensure the sustainable development of urban public hospitals.
