品管圈在我市医院药事管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:总结探究品管圈在我市医院药事管理中的应用情况,提高医院药事管理水平。方法:介绍品管圈的特点及实施步骤,从药房调剂、临床药学、库存管理、静脉配置4个方面分析探讨品管圈在医院药事管理上的应用。结果与结论:将品管圈管理方法灵活运用至医院药事管理中,有利于全面提升医院药剂科的管理品质及全面降低其运营成本,增强自身的核心竞争力。参与者掌握了科学的质量管理知识和工具,增强了问题改善意识,提高了工作效率,建立和谐的工作团队,提升了医疗服务质量。Objective： To summarize and explore the application situations of quality control circles（QCC） in the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management in our city, so as to promote the level of the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management. Methods： The characteristics of QCC and implementation steps were introduced from four aspects, such as the pharmacy dispensing, clinical pharmacy, inventory management, and intravenous drug dispensing. The application of QCC in the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management was discussed. Results and Conclusion： The method of QCC was applied into the quality control of hospital pharmaceutical affairs management. It could improve the management quality, reduce the cost, and strengthen the core competitiveness. With scientific management knowledge and tools, the staff raised their awareness of solving problems, promoted working efficiency, established harmonious working teams and improved service quality.
