针刺配合美沙酮维持治疗对海洛因依赖者生命质量的干预

摘　　要：目的比较单纯美沙酮维持治疗和针刺配合美沙酮递减治疗戒断海洛因的效果。方法 30例海洛因依赖者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。治疗组给予针刺配合美沙酮治疗,对照组单纯给予美沙酮治疗。引用药物成瘾者生命质量测定量表(QOL-DA)对两组患者的健康状况进行全面调查。结果治疗后两组各维度及生命质量总分均提高,并且治疗组各维度及总分明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合美沙酮戒毒较为明显地提高了海洛因依赖者的生命质量。ObjectiveTo compare effects between single methadone in maintenance treatment and acupuncture combined with methadone in degression treatment for heroin dependence.MethodsA total of 30 heroin dependence patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 15 cases in each group. The treatment group received acupuncture combined with methadone for treatment, and the control group received single methadone. Quality of life for drug addict （QOL-DA） scale was applied to research health condition of both groups.ResultsBoth groups had improved dimensional and total scores of quality of life after treatment, and those in the treatment group were much higher than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionCombination of acupuncture and methadone remarkably improves quality of life of heroin dependence patients.
