摘　　要：同时性多原发性结直肠癌（SMPCCR）临床少见。我院诊治SMPCCR患者1例，现回顾此例患者诊治经过，结合文献就SMPCCR诊断、病因、病理、外科治疗方法及预后进行总结，以期为临床诊治此病提供参考。Synchronous multiple primary cancer of the colon and rectum （SMPCCR） is rare clinically. At present author＇s hospital diagnosed ＆ treated 1 case of SMPCCR, this study retrospectively describes its diagnosis and treatment course,and summarizes the diagnosis,pathogenesis, pathology and surgical therapy, as well patient＇s prognosis combined with literature review,so as to provide the reference for clinical diagnosing and treating.
