摘  要:以研究铜(Cu)、钼(Mo)等微量元素对藻类生长影响为目的,通过测定不同浓度的Cu(Ⅱ)、Mo(Ⅵ)培养液中藻的藻密度及藻细胞中所含总糖浓度来研究这2种微量元素对藻的生长的影响。实验结果表明:当Cu(Ⅱ)、Mo(Ⅵ)浓度分别为10和50μg/L时,铜绿微囊藻的生长情况最好,最大藻密度和最大总糖含量为所在浓度梯度中最大。对测得的数据进行相关性分析发现:培养液中藻密度与藻细胞内总糖含量之间存在很好的相关性,且藻类生长状况越好,这种相关性也越显著。通过生长动力学分析发现微量元素Cu、Mo对铜绿微囊藻的影响并不符合传统的动力学模型,并且通过曲线拟合最终给出了微量元素对铜绿微囊藻增长的影响形式。This study focused on the impacts of trace elements copper(Cu) and molybdenum(Mo) on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa, researching the growth of algae by measuring the biomass and total sugar content of culture medium which contains trace elements Cu(Ⅱ)and Mo(Ⅵ)with different concentrations. The results show that when the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)and Mo(Ⅵ)are 10 μg/L and 50 μg/L, the condition of Microcystis aeruginosa is the best, with the biggest in the maximum biological existing amount and the maximum total sugar content. Result of correlation analysis shows a good correlation between sugar content of biological biomass and the growth of algae, and the correlation is more significant with a good condition of algae. The influence of trace elements Cu, Mo on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa is not consistent with the traditional kinetic models by growth kinetics analysis, and through the curve fitting an equation is given about trace elements influence on growth of Microcystis aeruginosa.
