摘 要:化合物和药物一般用图模型来表示,其中顶点表示分子中的原子,边表示连接原子之间的化学键。此类化学结构导出的图称为分子图,而定义在分子图上的指标与该化合物的化学性质密切相关。顶点带权维纳数作为拓扑指数,用来衡量特定有机分子结构的特性。借助于分子结构分析,并根据p,q不同的取值进行讨论,给出纳米管TUC4[p,q]的顶点带权维纳数。Chemical compounds and drugs are often modeled as graphs where each vertex represents an atom of molecule and covalent bonds between atoms are represented by edges between the corresponding vertices. This graph derived from a chemical compounds is called its molecular graph. An indicator de- fined over this molecular graph has been shown to be strongly correlated to various chemical properties of the compounds. The vertex-weighted Wiener number is topological index which reflects certain structural features of organic molecules. By virtue of molecular structural analysis, and discussing the situation ac- cording to the different values ofp and q, the vertex-weighted Wiener number of nanotubes TUC4 [p, q] is reported.
