三种中草药提取物对北虫草子实体生长及活性产物形成的影响

摘　　要：研究三种中草药的水提物对北虫草培养过程中子实体的生长和活性产物产量的影响。将不同剂量的三种中草药水提物分别加入到北虫草培养基中栽培后,检测北虫草子实体产量及活性成分含量。甘草添加量为20 mg獉m L-1、刺五加添加量为10 mg獉m L-1时,不仅可缩短北虫草子实体的培养周期,提高子实体产量(p<0.01),还对北虫草子实体中腺苷及虫草素的形成具有非常显著的促进作用(p<0.01);而五味子提取物则抑制北虫草的生长。研究结果为改善北虫草质量以及北虫草的进一步开发利用提供了一定的实验依据。Effects of water extracts from three kinds of Chinese herbs on fruit body growth and active me- tabolites formation of Cordyceps militaris were studied. The medicinal fungus Cordyceps militaris was inoc- ulated into the basal media with and without addition of extract of three kinds of Chinese herbs, and then was cultured. Both water extracts from Glycyrrhiza uralensis at 20 mg · mL-1 and Acanthopanax senticosus at 10 mg· mL-1 shortened the growth cycle and increased the production rate of fruit body of Cordyceps militaris （p 〈 0.01 ）. Furthermore, they had significantly stimulatory effects on contents of adenosine and cordycepin from fruit body of Cordyceps militaris （p 〈0.01 ）. However, the water extracts from Schisan- dra chinensis showed the inhibitory effects on the fruit body growth of Cordyceps militaris. This work pro- vides the experimental evidence for improving the quality and further exploration of Cordyceps militaris.
