摘　　要：以高产优质、耐干旱和栽培适应性广作为桑树新品种的选育目标,选择四川蚕区保存的抗逆能力较强的桑品种北一号为母本,以丰产性能较好的川桑6031为父本进行杂交,对F1代单株连续12年进行定向选择及无性繁殖,选育出遗传性状稳定的优质高产、抗逆性较强的桑树新品种川桑48-3。新品种在四川省进行了多年多点的田间栽培试验及养蚕试验鉴定,全年桑叶产量比对照品种高19.06%,桑叶饲养5龄期家蚕的50 kg桑产茧量、万头蚕产茧量、万头蚕产茧层量分别比对照品种湖桑32号高3.97%、3.60%、2.93%,而且还具有比对照品种更强的耐干旱能力。2013年,该品种通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定,属中晚生壮蚕用桑的桑树新品种,适合在四川省蚕区种植。With the breeding objectives of high yield,high quality,drought tolerance and wide adaptability,hybridization was conducted by selecting mulberry germplasm resource Bei 1 which has high stress resistance as female parent and Chuansang 6031 which has high yield as male parent. Both parents are under good preservation condition in sericultural regions of Sichuan Province. After directional selection and vegetative propagation on F1 generation for continuous 12 years,a new mulberry variety named Chuansang 48-3 which had the characteristic of stable genetic traits,high yield,high quality and strong stress resistance was obtained. Cultivation experiment in field and silkworm rearing trials in Sichuan Province showed that,compared with the control mulberry variety Husang 32,annual leaf yield of the new mulberry variety was increased by 19. 06%,cocoon output per 50 kg mulberry leaves,cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae was increased by 3. 97%,3. 60% and 2. 93% respectively,and Chuansang 48-3 had stronger drought-resistance. Chuansang 48-3 had been approved by Crop Variety Evaluation Committee of Sichuan Province in2013. It is a middle-to-late matured mulberry variety suitable for growing in sericultural areas of Sichuan Province.
