神经外科医师对公民逝世后器官捐献的KAP调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查神经外科医师对公民逝世后供者器官捐献的认知度、态度和参与度（KAP），为进一步提高器官捐献率提供参考依据。方法于2015年7月对吉林省36所医院的150名神经外科医师进行问卷调查。结果得到142份有效问卷，神经外科医师对器官捐献的相关知识知晓情况较好，在公立医院开展器官捐献协调工作获得了100％（142／142）的神经外科医师赞成，95．8％（136／142）的神经外科医师愿意配合器官捐献工作，100％（142／142）神经外科医师赞成我国进行脑死亡立法，97．2％（138／142）的神经外科医师认为应该给予器官捐献患者家属经济补偿。100％（142／142）神经外科医师在执业过程中遇到过潜在器官捐献者，71．8％（102／142）曾主动向潜在器官捐献者家属提示器官捐献意向。与初级职称医师相比较，高级职称医师更主动进行协调捐献行为（X2=12．133，P=0．002）；对器官捐献相关知识回答正确率越高，医师越容易主动进行协调器官捐献行为（X2=16．131，P〈0．001）。结论加强神经外科医师关于协调器官捐献的专业化培训，将有助于神经外科医师更加主动参与到器官捐献协调工作中来，最终有利于进一步提高器官捐献率。Objective To investigate neurosurgeons＇ knowledge, attitude and practice toward deceased organ donation and provide a reference to increase organ donation rate. Method In July 2015, 150 questionnaires were issued to neurosurgeons from 36 hospitals in the Jilin province. Result 142 effective questionnaires were obtained. Neurosurgeons＇ knowledge toward deceased organ donation was relatively good in the whole. 100% （142/142） neurosurgeons were in favor of organ donation in public hospitals. 95.8% （136/142） neurosurgeons were willing to cooperate in organ donation and 100% （142/142） approved legislation on brain death in China. 97. 2% （138/142） were in favor of economic compensation for organ donor＇s family. 100% （142/142） neurosurgeons encountered to potential organ donors in the process of practice, but 71.8% （102/142） prompted potential organ donors＇ families actively and initiatively to donate. Compared with physicians with junior titles, senior physicians had more active coordination donation behavior （X2 = 12. 133, P = 0. 002）. The neurosurgeons, who had higher correct answer rate about the knowledge of organ donation, were more likely to take the initiative to coordinate organ donation （X2 = 16. 131, P〈 0. 001）. Conclusion Professional training for neurosurgeon organ donation will contribute to promote potential organ donors in neurosurgery into actual organ donors.
