神经保护在乳腺癌改良根治术中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌改良根治术行保留胸前神经及肋间臂神经的方法及临床价值。方法:选择乳腺癌患者112例,保留胸前神经及肋间臂神经72例(试验组),切断肋间臂神经及胸前神经40例(对照组),观察随访两组术后情况。结果:神经保护能够明显减少术后6个月胸肌萎缩、运动及感觉障碍的发生率。两组胸肌萎缩发生率比较,有统计学差异(P<0.01);两组运动及感觉障碍有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:保留胸前神经及肋间臂神经的乳腺癌改良根治术能有效防止胸大肌萎缩和患侧腋窝上肢感觉及运动障碍发生。Objective： To investigate the clinical vlue of breast cancer modified radical line keep chest and rib arm nerves. Methods： Selecting 112 patients with breast cancer,keep chest and rib arm nerves in 72 cases（ experimental group）,to cut off the rib between arms nerve and nerve in 40 cases（ control group）. Results： Nerve protection can significantly reduce the postoperative chest muscle atrophy,the incidence of motor and sensory disorder（ P〈0. 01）. Two groups of motor and sensory disorder was statistically different（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Keep chest and rib arm nerves in breast cancer modified radical can effectively prevent the pectoralis major muscle atrophy and side axillary upper limb sensory.
