摘  要:目的:探讨骨碱性磷酸酶(ALP)同工酶与乳腺癌骨转移的相关性。方法:采用琼脂糖电泳法分析测定60名健康体检者和108例乳腺癌患者血清中的ALP同工酶。结果:乳腺癌组的总ALP和同工酶均高于正常对照组,乳腺癌骨转移组的总ALP和骨ALP活性均显著高于对照组和无骨转移组,乳腺癌无骨转移组的总ALP和骨ALP活性和对照组无显著性差异。结论:骨ALP与乳腺癌骨转移有一定的相关性,琼脂糖电泳法分离ALP同工酶有助于临床辅助诊断乳腺癌有无骨转移。Objective: To discuss the relationship of BALP isoenzyme and metastasis of carcinoma. Methods: ALP isoenzyme in the serum of 60 normal human and 108 breast tumors were analyzed by agarose electrophoresis. Results:Total ALP and isoenzyme in tumor group were higher than normal group. BALP and total ALP in group of bone metastasis of breast carcinoma were higher than the normal group and no bone metastasis of breast carcinoma. There were no difference in BALP and total ALP between no bone metastasis of breast carcinoma and normal group. BALP and total ALP in bone metastasis of breast carcinoma were higher than no bone metastasis. Conclusion: There was relationship between bone ALP and bone metastasis of breast carcinoma,also between bone ALP and bone metastasis of carcinoma. Agarose gel electrophoresis separation of ALP isozymes contributes to the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer with and without bone metastasis.
