摘  要:食管癌的发生、发展是多因素、多步骤相互作用的复杂过程。目前研究表明p53基因是最为广泛的肿瘤抑癌基因之一,在人类癌症中约有一半是由于该基因发生突变失活而造成的。由于p53基因突变、细胞调控异常,可能导致肿瘤的形成。近年来研究证实:食管鳞癌中普遍存在着p53的突变,因此把p53基因作为食管癌的中介生物标志物。p53基因在食管鳞癌的发生、发展中扮演着重要的角色。本文就近年来p53基因在食管癌发生、发展方面的研究进展作如下综述。The development of esophageal carcinoma is a complex progress which referring to multi- factors and many steps. Researches show that p53 is one of the most common anti- oncogene and about one half of cancers in human beings are due to the mutation of p53 gene. It is possible that the emergence of cancer is the result of mutation of p53 gene and difference of cell regulation. Recently,there are researches reported that the mutation of p53 is so common in esophageal carcinoma that p53 is considered as specific intermedia- marker of esophageal carcinoma. So p53 gene plays an important role in the emergence and development of esophageal carcinoma. The research advances of p53 in the emergence and development of esophageal carcinoma will be reviewed in this paper.
