摘　　要：随着人们对汽车摩擦材料要求的不断提高,目前迫切需要一种快速且经济的摩擦材料检测设备.本文以摩擦学理论为基础,研究了在汽车制动过程中各个影响因素的作用,以及他们对摩擦材料的作用机理.在分析对比现有各类摩擦材料试验机性能优缺点的同时,提出新型标准摩擦材料试验机的选型原则,并给出了一种新型试验机的结构和主要技术参数,为摩擦材料试验研究提供了新的依据.This paper researches the function of various influencing factors in the process of the vehicle braking,as well as their mechanism of friction materials,based on the tribology theory.According to analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantage of the different friction test machines,a new principle of selection standard of friction test machine is put forward and the structure and the main technical parameters of a new type of machine are given.It provides a new basis for test study on friction material.
