摘　　要：放疗是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一，约70％的恶性肿瘤患者在治疗过程中需要接受放疗。质子治疗技术作为一种新兴的肿瘤放疗手段，因具有独特的物理优势和较好的疗效而越来越多地被应用于癌症治疗中。文章概述了质子治疗技术在消化道肿瘤中初步应用的国内外研究进展。Radiotherapy is one of the major treatments for malignant tumors. About 70 % of cancer patients received radiotherapy. Because of its unique physical advantages and favorable efficacy, proton therapy technology as a new kind of radiotherapy on cancer is applied more frequently. This review will discuss preliminary application and research progress of proton therapy technology in gastrointestinal carcinoma.
