精准医学模式下临床与预防医学整合的必要性研究

摘　　要：精准医学是建立在基因信息、生物信息与临床信息等大数据的分析基础上的个体化医疗。精准医学以健康效益的最大化为目标,重视在合适的时间给合适的患者以合适的治疗,疾病的预防及预测受到重视。预防和临床医学的整合在该模式下具有现实意义,二者在哲学基础、理念模式及致力目标上存在耦合性。精准医学和医学整合相互联系、相互影响,产生联动的耦合效应。精准医学的兴起推动临床与预防医学的深入整合,临床与预防医学整合有利于提高诊疗效率,更好地实现精准医学的目标。The concept of precision medicine is about the customization of healthcare,with decisions and practices tailored to an individual patient based on the analysis of the genetic information,biological information in addition to clinical ＂ signs and symptoms＂.Aiming to maximize health benefits,precision medicine highlights the right patients,the right treatment and the right time.Disease prevention and prediction are highly valued.The integration of preventive and clinical medicine have practical significance in this mode,because of the coupling of precision medicine and medical integration in the philosophical foundation,the idea model and the aim.Precision medicine and medical integration are interrelated and influence each other,resulting in the coupling effect.The rise of precision medicine promotes the further integration of clinical and preventive medicine.The integration of clinical and preventive medicine improves the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment,and is helpful for the development of personalize therapy based on patient genetic profiles.
