甲根逆行入路切除甲下血管球瘤的临床治疗

摘　　要：目的 探讨甲根逆行入路切除甲根处单发血管球瘤的手术方法及临床疗效.方法 2011年8月-2014年6月,对收治的10例甲下血管球瘤患者采用甲根逆行入路行手术切除.结果 术后病理结果均证实为血管球瘤,术后随访2～3个月,指甲均正常生长,无感染发生,临床症状消失,新生指甲良好.结论 甲根部逆行入路是切除甲根处单发血管球瘤的一种有效的手术方法.Objective To disscuss the feasibility and clinical effects of resecting nail root glomus tumor through a retrograde approach. Methods From August 2011 to June 2014, 10 cases of distal digit glomus tumor underwent surgical excision using a retrograde approach. Results After following up for 2 to 3 months, all patients＇postoperative pathological findings were glomus tumor, the newborn nails were normal, no obvious abnormalities, no postoperative infection, clinical symptoms disappeared. Conclusion Resection of nail root glomus tumor through an retrograde approach is a alternative effective surgical method.
