摘 要:目的:观察巨噬细胞在小鼠肾纤维化进展期和恢复期的作用。方法:采用单侧输尿管结扎(UUO)肾纤维化模型和输尿管再通模型(RUUO)进行试验研究;用Masson染色和HE染色观察肾脏纤维化程度和炎症变化趋势;流式分析肾脏中巨噬细胞细胞群的比例变化。结果:Masson染色显示肾脏纤维化程度在梗阻解除后胶原沉积面积减轻从80%降到46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HE染色显示梗阻解除后肾间质炎症减轻,且有新生小管形成。流式结果显示梗阻解除后巨噬细胞细胞群比例由19%降到2.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:巨噬细胞可能在肾纤维化恢复期发挥一定作用。Objective: To investigate the role of macrophages in mouse model of renal fibrosis progressive period and recovery period. Methods: Created the model of unilateral ureteral occlusion and release of unilateral ureteral occlusion(RUUO). Masson and HE staining were used to examine the degree of renal fibrosis and inflammatory cells infiltration. Flow cytometry to analyze the change of the percentage ofmacrophage. Results: Masson staining showed that renal fibrosis was reduced after RUUO (P〈0.05). HE staining revealed that the infiltration of inflammatory cells was reduced in RUUO. Flow cytometry showed the percentage of macrophage was also decended. Conelusiun: Maerophages was correlated with the recovery of renal fibrosis.
