摘 要:目的了解中学生对重点传染病防治知识、行为及健康教育需求,分析其影响因素,为开展干预提供参考。方法运用随机整群抽样法对广州和佛山市1 066名中学生进行调查。采用Epidata 3.01双录入数据,SPSS21.0进行统计分析。结果传染病防治知识得分均值为0.61±0.44。年级、自评问卷难易度、健康教育必要性是传染病防治知识得分的影响因素。传染病防治行为得分均值为0.60±0.46。48.5%的中学生知行统一,42.6%中学生知行分离。年级和自评问卷难易度是影响知行统一的因素,自评问卷难易度是影响知行分离的因素。中学生获得传染病防治知识的主要途径是学校课堂、最希望健康教育开展的形式是健康知识专题讲座。结论 1 066名中学生基本具备重点传染病防治知识、行为,但肺结核和艾滋病的防治知识和行为有待提高。学校及卫生部门应针对不同年级学生特点以专题知识讲座的形式开展重点传染病防治教育。Objective To understand the status of knowledge and behavior of severe communicable disease prevention and therapy and its influencing factors among high school students, and provide suggestion for the intervention. Methods 1066 high school students were investigated by the ra ndom and cluster sampling from three high schools in Guangzhou and Foshan. The data were input by Epi Data 3. 02 and analyzed by SPSS 21.0. Results Average score of the knowledge about communicable disease prevention and therapy was 0.61 ±0.44. Grade, evaluation of questionnaire's easiness and health education' necessity were influencing factors. Average score of respondents of behavior of communicable disease prevention and therapy was 0.60 ±0.46. It was found that the percentage of unity between knowledge and behavior was48.5%, and the percentage of separation between knowledge and behavior was 42.6%. Grades, evaluation of questionnaire's easiness were the influencing factors of unity between knowledge and behavior, and evaluation of questionnaire's easiness was the influencing factors of separation between knowledge and behavior. The route of acquiring health knowledge was school classroom, and desired route was special topics on health. Conclusion The knowledge and behavior of communicable disease prevention and therapy among the high school students is just adequate, but the scores for tuberculosis and AIDS are low. High school should make different health education strategies such as health knowledge lecture according to student's characteristics.
