摘　　要：因中医药管理局"中医药古籍保护与利用能力建设项目"的要求,校注整理明末清初林澜辑著之家刻珍本医书《伤寒折衷》二十卷,其中包括"伤寒类证"八卷,多部目录书对此书版本著录有误;并叹其涵泳严谨的治学态度和对《伤寒论》条文、类症、类方的完整分类整理和变通折衷的独到见解,足以使伤寒证治大显,医理大昌,乐为之推介。Because of requirements for ＂the construction project of protection and utilization of TCM ancient books by the Chinese medicine administration＂, the author sorted out Shanghon Zhezhong, which is compiled by Lin Lan between Ming and Qing dynasty, published personally, consists of twenty volumes in which eight volumes ＂similar symptoms of cold attack＂ are included which many index books gave the false information about this valuable medical book. It gives the texts, symptoms, formulas, adaptive and distinct interpretations, classifications and supplement of Shanghan Lun. The author＇s hardness and preciseness are also worth of our admiration.
