血清α-Syn测定在精神分裂症患者中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清α-突触核蛋白(α-Syn)与精神分裂症患者的关系及治疗前后的变化规律,评价血清α-Syn对精神分裂症脑损伤程度及预后价值。方法采用ELISA双抗体夹心法对122例精神分裂症患者及60例健康查体人员血清α-Syn浓度进行检测。结果精神分裂症患者血清α-Syn浓度显著低于正常对照组,治疗前均显著低于治疗后;初发组血清α-Syn浓度治疗前低于复发组;治疗前血清α-Syn浓度与PANSS总分呈负相关(r=-0.269,P=0.043),提示精神症状越严重,血清α-Syn浓度越低。结论精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清α-Syn浓度测定,对精神分裂症神经损伤的临床疗效及预后判断等方面具有重要价值,可作为判断精神分裂症早期神经损伤的又一参考指标。Objective To detect the serum α-Syn level in patients with schizophrenia,and to analyze the relationship between serum α-Syn levels and schizophrenia. Methods The serum α-Syn levels in 122 schizophrenia patients and 60 healthy volunteers（normal controls）were measured by Enzyme-linked immunoassay（ELSIA）;we used the PANSS to assesse psychopathological symptoms of schizophrenia patients,and analyse the relationship between the α-Syn concentrations and the PANSS scores in schizophrenia groups.Results The serum α-Syn level in schizophrenia group was significantly lower than that in healthy group,the serum α-Syn level in schizophrenia group declines dramatically after treatment. The serum α-Syn level negatively correlated to the PANSS total score in patients with schizophrenia（r=0.269,P=0.043）.Conclusion The serum α-Syn levels could be regarded as a new indicator that reflect the early brain damage of schizophrenia.
