喹硫平与右佐匹克隆治疗焦虑障碍的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨喹硫平与右佐匹克隆治疗焦虑障碍的临床疗效比较。方法选取2012年5月至2014年7月在我院就诊的120例焦虑障碍患者,随机分为喹硫平组与右佐匹克隆组,每组60例。喹硫平组给予喹硫平治疗。右佐匹克隆组给予右佐匹克隆治疗。结果两组患者在治疗前汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和生活质量评定量表(SF-36)评分,组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者HAMA评分较治疗前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2周、4周及12周,喹硫平组患者HAMA评分低于右佐匹克隆患者HAMA评分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。喹硫平组患者治疗成本及总费用均高于右佐匹克隆组患者治疗成本及总费用,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组患者的生活质量评定量表、治疗的有效率及药物副作用,组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论短期内喹硫平对焦虑障碍患者症状改善显著,但长期疗效两组相当。喹硫平与右佐匹克隆均能有效改善患者的生活质量,但喹硫平用药成本要高于右佐匹克隆的用药成本。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and cost of Quetiapine and Eszopiclone tablets for the treatment of anxiety disorders. Methods 120 patients with anxiety disorder were selected from May 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital.Then all the patients were randomly divided into Quetiapine group and Eszopiclone group,each with 60 cases. The former group were given Quetiapine and the latter were given Eszopiclone Tablets. Results Before therapy,there were no statistical differences of the scores of HAMA and SF-36 between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After the treatment,HAMA scores of both groups were significantly lower than before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. 2,4 and 12 weeks after treatment,HAMA scores in Quetiapine group were lower than those in Eszopiclone Tablets group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. In terms of treatment total expense,Quetiapine group was higher than Eszopiclone Tablets group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. However,there were no statistical differences of the scores of SF-36,the total efficiency and the side effect between the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion In the short term,Quetiapine is more significantly effective on the improvement of the symptoms of patients with anxiety disorder,but the long-term curative effects of Quetiapine and Eszopiclone Tablets show no difference. Both Quetiapine and Eszopiclone Tablets can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients yet produce less adverse reactions,but the cost of Quetiapine is higher than that of Eszopiclone Tablets.
