脑瘫患儿心理行为问题调查研究

摘　　要：目的探索脑瘫患儿心理行为问题特征,为后续的心理干预提供依据。方法应用Achenbach儿童行为评定量表（CBCL）和自编脑瘫患儿基本情况调查表,对53例2～10岁脑瘫患儿行为问题进行调查;使用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评定脑瘫患儿家长的情绪。结果本研究共检出行为异常患儿28例,其中男患儿18例,占男患儿总数45%,女患儿10例,占女患儿总数76.92%,女患儿的行为问题检出率显著高于男患儿,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3个年龄段中（2～3岁组、4～5岁组、6～11岁组）行为问题总检出率分别为61.11%、55.0%、40.0%。不同年龄段脑瘫患儿行为问题检出率差异并无显著统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论脑瘫患儿行为问题明显多于正常儿童,单项行为因子检出率较高的三项分别为社会退缩、抑郁、攻击。家庭结构、长期照顾者以及照顾者情绪对脑瘫患儿行为问题有一定的影响,脑瘫患儿心理行为问题需得到更多的关注。Objective To explore the psychological and behavioral problems of children with cerebral palsy and provide the basis for subsequent psychological intervention. Methods Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist（ CBCL） and self basic questionnaire of children with cerebral palsy were used in this study,53 children with cerebral palsy aged 2-10 participated in the survey; and parents emotions survey was carried out using self-rating depression scale,anxiety scale. Results In this study,28 children with behavioral abnormalities were detected,18 cases were male,accounting for 45% of the total male children,10 cases were female,accounting for 76. 92% of the total female children,the checking rate of behavior problems in female children was higher than male children（ P〈0. 05）. The behavioral problems in group of 2-3 years old,4 to 5 years old,6 to 11 years old was 61. 11%,55. 0% and 40. 0%respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Children with cerebral palsy had more behavior problems than normal children. Social withdrawal,depression,attack were the higher detection factors. Family structure,long-term care and caregivers who have a certain influence on the emotional behavior of children with cerebral palsy problems effect on their behavior problems,more attention should be paid on children with cerebral palsy.
