联合抗凝治疗在心源性脑梗塞中的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨联合抗凝治疗在心源性脑梗塞中的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年1月-2015年1月于我院接受治疗的心源性脑梗患者共70例，依据患者的入院编号，随机分为观察组与对照组两组，每组各35例，其中给予对照组患者常规性治疗措施，观察组在对照组的基础上采用联合抗凝治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗结果。结果：观察组在接受联合抗凝治疗后，总有效率为85．71％；对照组总有效率为65．71％。观察组在显效例数与治疗总有效率方面，均明显优于对照组，组问差异接近显著（P≈0．05）。结论：临床上在治疗心源性脑梗塞时，采用联合抗凝的方法，能够显著提升患者的治疗效果，提高预后质量，缩减患者的住院时间，降低并发症的发生率，应当在临床上大力推广。Objective To discuss dinical curative effect of anticoagulant therapy on cardiac cerebral infarction. Methods Choose between January 2013 and January 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 70 patients with cardiac cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 35 cases. Give control group routine treatment, observation group used with anticoagulant therapy Results Observation group total effective rate was 85.71%; The control group total effective rote was 65.71%. In terms of cases were markedly improved and the total effective rate, the observation group was better than control group, P 〈 0.05. Condusions With the method of joint anticoagulation, it can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients, effectively reduce the probability of complications, is worth promoting in clinic.
