粘连性肠梗阻的中西医结合治疗进展

摘　　要：肠梗阻是外科惠腹症中常见的病症之一，是一种复杂的疾病，在临床上以粘连性肠梗阻最为多见。肠梗阻在中医属于“肠结”范畴。临床上病人主要有阵发性腹绞痛与反复呕吐、吐出物为黄绿色液体，甚至为粪汁样，触及肠型及听到高亢肠鸣音，停止排气排便等症状扣压痛、反跳痛及肌紧张的体征，叩诊鼓音，听诊肠鸣音亢进；X线腹部平片可见多个肠拌气液平面。西医冶疗肠梗阻多以手术为主，中西医结合治疗肠梗阻则充分发挥了西医纠正内环境紊乱、营养支持的优势，在抗感染，维持酸碱平衡、水电解质平衡的同时，加以中药通里攻下，针灸行气活血的特长，使粘连性肠梗阻的治疗取得了满意的疗效，故总结中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻的方法有非常重要的临床意义。Intestinal obstruction is one of common disease in surgical acute abdomen, is a complex disease, clinically, adhesion sex intestinal obstruction in the most rare. More than western medicine treatment of intestinal obstruction is given priority to with surgery, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of intestinal obstruction, give full play to the western medicine in the correct environment disturbance, the advantages of nutritional support in anti-infection, maintaining acid-base balance, water and electrolyte balance at the same time, to pass under attack in Chinese medicine, acupuncture and invigorate the circulation of qi and special skill, make the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction with satisfactory curative effect. It summarizes the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction and has very important clinical significance.
