摘　　要：升阳益胃汤出自《内外伤辨惑论》。李冀教授临证时对辨证为脾胃气虚,清阳不升,湿郁生热证者多以升阳益胃汤加减之,疗效颇佳,故本文举病案三则,以资参考。Shengyang Yiwei decoction is from The Theory of Internal and External Injury Differentiation. Professor LI Ji has applied that for the pathogenesis of Qi deficiency syndrome of spleen and stomach. Qingyang doesn＇t rise and the patients with wet heat stagnation are often treated by Shengyang Yiwei decoction with plus and minus. The therapy has a good curative effect. Therefore this article provides three medical records as reference.
