摘  要:在对电铁负荷进行采样平均的分时段处理基础上,利用内点法与基于老化首领及挑战者的粒子群相结合的优化算法(IPM-ALC-PSO),对电网动态无功优化问题进行分析。11 8系统算例和某实际系统的分析显示通过IPM-ALC-PSO交替求解的优化策略,不仅保证了算法的整体寻优效率,而且使系统电压在电铁负荷波动情况下均在合格范围之内,有效解决了电气化铁路接入后电网动态无功优化问题。On the basis of processing the electric locomotive load in different period of time with the sample average method,the Interior Point Method(IPM) combined with Particle Swarm Optimization with an Aging leader and Challengers(ALC-PSOMIPM-ALC-PSO) is used to solve the problem of dynamic reactive power optimization for power grid.Results of calculation examples show that above-mentioned method could not only guarantee effectiveness of the global optimization,but also keep system voltage within the qualified range with electric locomotive load fluctuations.The problem of dynamic reactive power optimization for power system with electrified railway is thus solved effectively.
