摘 要:目的探讨漳州市居民生活习惯、饮食与胃癌的关系,为防控提供依据。方法用1∶1配对病例对照研究,调查100例胃癌和100例健康人的生活习惯及饮食情况,并进行logistic回归分析。结果 Logistic回归分析显示:喜食烫食、腌晒食物、进食不规律、吸烟及饮酒是胃癌的危险因素;而海藻类食物、葱姜蒜、新鲜蔬菜、新鲜水果是保护因素。结论不良生活及饮食习惯可增加胃癌的发病风险,应建立健康的生活及饮食习惯。Objective To study the relationship between living,dietary habits and gastric cancer in residents of Zhangzhou City for the disease control and prevention.Methods Using case-control study of 1:1 method,100 cases with gastric cancer and 100 healthy people were investigated by questionnaire for life habits and dietary.The multi-factors logistic regression analysis was carried out for the influencing factors of the cancer.Results The multi-factor analysis showed that liking to eat hot food,pickled food,taking meal irregular,smoking and drinking were risk factors for gastric cancer,and taking seaweeds,onion,ginger,garlic,fresh vegetables and fruit were protect factors.Conclusion Bad living and dietary habits may increase the risk of gastric cancer,and healthy life and diet pattern should be established for the disease control and prevention.
