摘　　要：目的探讨会阴无保护接生技术的临床护理措施及效果。方法 400例行会阴无保护接生技术分娩的产妇随机分成对照组和研究组,每组200例。对照组给予常规产科护理服务,研究组给予人文护理干预。比较2组产妇的会阴侧切率、会阴裂伤率、肩难产率、产后出血率、新生儿锁骨骨折率。结果与对照组相比,研究组产妇的会阴侧切率、会阴裂伤率、肩难产率、产后出血率、新生儿锁骨骨折率均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论对会阴无保护接生产妇施行人文护理干预有助于改善产妇的妊娠结局,提高自然分娩率。Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures and effect of puerperas with unprotected perineum delivery technology. Methods A total of 400 puerperas with unprotected peri- neum delivery technology were randomly divided into two groups, 200 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric nursing services, while the study group was given humanistic nursing intervention. Lateral resection rate, perineal laceration rate, rate of shoulder difficulty, postpartum hem- orrhage rate and rate of neonatal clavicle fracture were compared between two groups. Results Com- pared with the control group, lateral resection rate, perineal laceration rate, rate of shoulder difficulty, postpartum hemorrhage rate and rate of neonatal clavicle fracture were significantly lower in the study group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of humanistic nursing for puerperas with unprotected perineum delivery technology can improve pregnancy outcomes and increase natural childbirth rate.
