摘　　要：在依法治国的大背景下,加强公安院校社会主义法治理念教育是全面深化公安改革、建设法治公安的起始点和着力点。公安院校社会主义法治理念教育显现出独特的价值和特殊性,但也存在各种问题。针对这些问题,科学定位法治理念教育的最终目标,并结合社会学习理论和建构主义认识论,探索出"一个中心和三个基点"的公安院校社会主义法治理念教育路径,即以学生为中心,以教学、管理和校园文化建设为基点,培养公安院校学生的法律素质和政治素养,进而全面提升综合执法能力。Under the background of the rule of law,strengthening the socialist legal education in public security colleges is the starting point and the focus of deepening the public security reform and the construction of the rule of law. The education of the socialist legal system in public security colleges shows its unique value and particularity,but it also has various problems. Aiming at these problems,we need to position the legal concept of education ultimate goal scientifically and explore＂one center and three basic points＂of socialist concept of the rule of law education path in public security colleges combining with social learning theory and constructivist epistemology. The education path is to train student＇s legal quality and political quality in the public security college and to improve the ability of comprehensive law enforcement centering on the students and taking the teaching management and the construction of campus culture as basic points.
