摘 要:当前我国在农科硕士研究生培养中,实践基地建设滞后,实践环节薄弱,教学观念和方法有待改进。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出,要加强实验室、校内外实习基地等基本建设,强化实践教学环节,创立高校与科研院所、行业企业联合培养人才的新机制,这势必要求创设校内外教学及实践基地,改革实践课程,实施复合导师制度,优化实验教学环节,构建良好的实践生态环境体系,通过多措并举对农科硕士研究生教育培养的模式进行改善,从而有助于培养出适应和满足我国农业经济发展的农科人才。In the process of Chinese agricultural postgraduate training,the lagging practice base construction,weak practical teaching,disadvantage teaching concepts and methods need to be improved. The document of"National Long- term Education Reform and Development Plan( 2010- 2020) "has clearly stated that it is essential to strengthen basic construction of laboratory,internal and external training base,to improve the link of practice teaching,and to create new mechanism of joint training between higher education in universities and scientific research institutions,industries and enterprises,which inevitably require establishing school teaching and practice base,reform practice curriculum,implement composite mentorship,optimize the teaching process and construct agreeable teaching practice of ecological environmental system. Through taking these measures to improve the teaching mode of agricultural graduate's education,it is helpful to cultivate the agricultural talents adapting to and meeting the development of agricultural economy in our country.
