摘 要:为探究影响科研团队显性知识和隐性知识共享意愿的因素,以矛盾动机为视角提出了研究假设并构建了研究模型。选取来自国内8所高校80余个科研团队展开实证研究,对在读的硕博士研究生进行问卷调研,最终获取286份有效问卷,并利用Smart PLS 2.0对样本数据进行了分析。研究发现,助人愉悦感对知识共享意愿有正向影响,且对隐性知识共享意愿的影响程度高于对显性知识共享意愿的影响;感知知识权利丧失对知识共享意愿有负向影响,且对显性知识和隐性知识共享意愿影响程度无差异;领导支持会正向影响团队成员的助人愉悦感,同时负向影响团队成员的感知知识权利丧失;知识的个人所有权对感知知识权利丧失有正向影响,但对助人愉悦感无显著影响。研究结论有较强的理论和实践价值。To explore the factors influencing sharing intention of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in scientific research team, this paper proposes hypotheses and constructs the research model from the perspective of ambivalent motivation. Then we do an empirical research with more than 80 research teams from 8 universities in China, and get 286 completed questionnaires from master graduate and doctor students. Finally, used the SmartPLS 2.0 to analysis the questionnaire data. The results show, that enjoyment of helping positively influences the members' knowledge sharing intention, and the influence on tacit knowledge sharing intention is stronger than that on explicit knowledge sharing intention. Perceived loss of knowledge power negatively influences members' knowledge sharing intention, and the influence is same on both explicit knowledge sharing intention and tacit knowledge sharing intention. Leader support has a positive effect on members' enjoyment of helping, while it has a negative effect on members' perceived loss of knowledge power. Self-ownership of knowledge has an positively effect on members' perceived loss of knowledge power, but it has no significant effect on members' enjoyment of helping. The results of this study have great theoretical and practical implications.
