摘  要:从太湖水华腐烂蓝藻中富集筛选出一株编号A-8的细菌。该菌株菌落圆形、灰白色,革兰氏染色阴性,氧化酶阴性,接触酶阳性;分子系统进化树显示为溶血不动杆菌。根据以上结果,将此菌株鉴定为溶血不动杆菌。此外,对这株菌降解微囊藻毒素、不同生长时期的细菌的溶藻效果及溶藻专一性进行了研究。结果显示:该菌在3 d时间里将藻毒素降解了30.4%;细菌通过分泌胞外物质溶藻,细菌在衰退期时胞外分泌物的溶藻效果最好;该菌还对瘤状念珠藻、颤藻等9种蓝藻有溶藻作用。A bacterial strain labeled A-8 was selected from rotten cyanobacteria of Taihu Lake. The colonies were smooth,spherical,and gray in color,the cells were gram-negative,and tests for oxidase and catalase were negative and positive,respectively. A phylogenetic analysis revealed that the strain was most closely related to Acinetobacter haemolyticus. Accordingly,the strain was identified as A. haemolyticus. Its microcystin biodegradation ability,algae-lysing effect in different A-8 growth phases,and algae-lysing specificity were investigated. Based on these analyses,the degradation rate of microcystins was 30. 4% in three days. Extracellular substances produced by A-8 could have algae-lysing effects; furthermore,its extracellular substances in the recession phase had the strongest algae-lysing ability. It also had lytic effects on more than nine kinds of Cyanobacteria,including Nodular,Nostoc,and Oscillatoria.
