王会仍对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的防治经验

摘　　要：国家级名老中医王会仍教授从事中医内科临床工作50余年,尤擅长于中西医结合对呼吸系统疾病的防治。对于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症的治疗,王老多根据"治未病"相关理论,秉承师训遵循"气血"学说,同时又博采众家之长,结合自己多年丰富的临床经验,提出早防早治是治疗OSAHS的关键,并根据该病特点创新性地提出了"未病先防,知因防病;痰瘀虚并治,标本兼顾"的治疗法则。本人有幸师从王会仍教授,侍诊抄方学习多年获益甚多。今整理其学术思想如下。WANG Hui- reng who is the veteran teran doctor of TCM,has been engaged in clinical work more than 50 years. By continuously effort and exploration,he has gained Extensive clinical experience and formed his special academic thoughts. Based on the theory of ＂treating pre- disease＂and clinical conditions,Dr. WANG proposed early prevention and treatment are critical in treatment of OASHS. Meanwhile,he advocated the ideal of ＂No disease prevention first＂and ＂Etiological treatment＂,and promote the treatment of blood stasis,phlegm and deficiency accumulation. Doctor WANG with exquisite leechcraft and noble ethics won widespread praise,the authors tried to share his experience with others.
