摘  要:分析樟树素油的化学成分,将其进行产品开发。采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析其化学成分;制备成常用日化产品——水包油洗手乳液;通过对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌抑菌率实验验证抑菌效果。樟树素油共鉴定出40种成分,占总含量的99.98%,与文献报道相似;制备出的洗手液细腻,润滑,气味怡人,抑菌率达100%。樟树素油的成分丰富,结构明确;制成的洗手液工艺稳定、抑菌效果显著,为樟树素油开发利用提供了科学依据。To analyze the chemical components and develop the useful products of Cinnamomum caraphora oil.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) was used to analyze the chemical components; Liquid soap was made by oil-in-water emulsion,and it's antibacterial effect was verified by three kinds of pathogenic bacteria,such as Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,and Escherichia coli in vitro. 40 components were identified and accounted for 99. 98% of the total components which was resembled with relative references retrieved; Liquid soap was fine and smooth with pleasant odor and high antibacterial effect. The oil was clear-cut in components; liquid soap was good for dairy use with stable process and remarkable antibacterial effect,which provided a scientific basis for development.
