摘　　要：采用Spherizone工艺生产超高抗冲聚丙烯汽车保险杠专用料SP 179。分析了其结构、力学性能及应用,并与同类产品比较。SP 179具有高抗冲击强度和弹性模量,SP 179的熔体流动速率为8~12g/10min,密度为0.9g/cm^3,简支梁缺口冲击强度(常温)大于50kJ/m^2,拉伸弹性模量达800~850MPa,各项指标达到进口同类产品水平。Ultra-high impact special polypropylene SP 179 for automobile bumper was prepared by Sperizone process. The structure, mechanical properties and application were analyzed, and companed with the similar materials. SP 179 has high impact strength, flexible modulus. The melt flow rate of SP 179 is 8 to 12 g/10 min, density （natural） is 0. 900 g/cm3, the impact strength at the normal temperature is great than 50 kJ/m2 , the flexible modulus is 800 to 850 MPa. The indexes have reached the level of imported similar products.
