摘  要:目的观察SLCO1B1 521T>C基因多态性对瑞舒伐他汀钙降脂疗效的影响。方法纳入2015年1月-2015年12月期间我院神经内科高脂血症患者,均口服瑞舒伐他汀钙片10 mg,一次/日,睡前服用。应用ARMS-PCR方法探索中国人群中SLCO1B1 521T>C的基因型分布频率,并分别检测用药前与用药后1 w、6 w的血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),并计算其变化率。结果瑞舒伐他汀治疗1 w后,各组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C变化率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药6 w后,TC组和CC组较TT组能显著降低TC、LDL-C及升高HDL-C水平,有统计学意义(P<0.01),但TC组和CC组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组间TG变化率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SLCO1B1 521T>C基因变异可增强瑞舒伐他汀钙降脂疗效。Objective To observe the effect SLCO1 B1 521T 〉 C gene polymorphism on lipid lowing of rosuvastatin. Methods From 2015-1 to 2015-12,patients with hyper/ipidemia in department of neurology were included. They were treated with rosuvastatin 10 mg,1 times/day,at bedtime. ARMS-PCR was used to explore SLCO1B1 521T 〉 C gene frequency distribution of chinese. The level of cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were detected before treatment and 1 week ,6 weeks after treatment, and calculate the rates of change. Results After 1 week of treatment, there was no significant difference in the change rate of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in all the groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). After 6 weeks of treatment, LDL-C, TC of TC and CC groups were significantly lower than TT group. HDL-C of TC and CC groups was higher. There was statistical significance ( P 〈0.01 ). But there was no significant difference between TC group and CC group ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the change rate of TG between the groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion SLCO1B1 521T 〉 C gene mutation can enhance the effect on lipid lowing of rosuvastatin.
