美国大学荣誉制度与诚信品质的培养

摘　　要：荣誉制度是美国大学一种学生诚信教育模式。它起源于威廉与玛丽学院,由弗吉尼亚大学发扬光大。根据2014年弗吉尼亚大学公布的2000年、2003年、2008年和2012年面向学生的荣誉制度调查数据,以及2006年面向教职员的荣誉制度访谈资料可以发现,荣誉制度为培养学生诚信品质和培育具有信任感的大学共同体做出了重要贡献。但是,如何有效提高其在实践中的执行力,如何深化其在共同体成员中的公正感,成为完善美国大学荣誉制度的两个重要难题。在坚持"依法治学"路径的根本前提下,如何使立法更具德性,如何使法治更显良善,应该成为当前中国学术诚信建设的重点。Honor system is a mode of credibility education in American universities. It originated from the College of William ＆ Mary and was glorified by Virginia University. The analysis of the data published by the Honor Committee of Virginia University in the year of 2003, 2008, 2010 and 2012, showed that honor system made great contributions to the cultivation of credibility in the university. But there are still two difficulties to perfect the Honor system： how to enhance its executive power and how to deepen the sense of fairness in people. Rule of law has become the common sense in con- temporary China. How to make legislation with virtue and governance with kindness should be of great significance in the construction of academic credibility in China.
