摘 要:针对筒形件强力正旋成形过程中产品尺寸精度差、可用长度减少等现象,本文采用单因素试验设计方法,对筒形件强力正旋成形过程中稳定旋压阶段和终旋阶段靠近端口位置的扩径进行了研究,得到了主轴转速、减薄率、进给比对强力正旋成形过程中扩径量的影响规律。结果表明,主轴转速对稳定旋压阶段的扩径影响不大,但转速的增加会导致较大的端口扩径。稳定旋压阶段的扩径量随减薄率的增加递增,而端口扩径量随减薄率的增加先增大后减小。随着进给比的提高,稳定旋压阶段的扩径量减小,端口扩径量增大。Aiming at the phenomenon of poor size precision of the product and the reducing available length in the forward power spinning process of the tube workpiece, tube diameter expanding of the position near the mouth in stable spinning stage and final stage of the forward power spinning process was studied by using single factor experiment design method.The influences of spindle speed, reduction rate, feed ratio on the tube diameter expanding amount were obtained. The results show that the spindle speed has a little effect on the tube diameter expanding in stable stage, while the increase of spindle speed can lead to the tube diameter expanding near the mouth. The tube diameter expanding amount in stable stage increases with reduction rate increasing, while the tube diameter expanding amount near the mouth firstly increases and then decreases. With the increase of the feed rate, tube diameter expanding amount in stable stage decreases, and the tube diameter expanding amount near the mouth increases.
